I love to read.  There are so many good books out there!

These are the books I have read along with a brief review plus a 10 point rating system.


This is one of the best books I have read.  I suggest reading this book if you want to understand how humans evolved.  It will help you understand why the modern world is effecting our health so negatively.

Another great book (10 out of 10).  This book has so much information about athletic development.  It is a more technical book and harder read.  It is so good that I try to read it once a year.



This is a good book to read if you’re trying to eat better and improve your health.   It gives a lot of good practical information in an easy to read manner.



I liked this book and use it to educate my patients.  It gives a lot of information about weight lifting and how the science is applied to the body.  There is one way to work out, the correct way.  This book will help you make better decisions.


There is a lot of “BRO Science”  out there. This book is a wealth of information on so many different topics.    This book will help you make better training decisions for yourself or your children .
